The resistance phase
The resistance phase is the stage in which there is tension, avoidance or resistance to change, even if change is consciously recognized as necessary.
Definicja
Resistance may result from fear, loss of control, overload, conflict of values or previous experiences. It doesn't always mean a lack of desire; often signals that the mental system is trying to protect stability. In models of change, resistance should be treated as information to be understood, not as an enemy to be overcome by force.

Praktyka i życie
Write down what exactly causes resistance: task, pace, risk, loss, other people's expectations or ambiguity. Then reduce the first step to a size that can be performed without overload.
Częste błędne rozumienie
It is a mistake to punish yourself for resistance. The second mistake is to ignore resistance and force change without checking what the body or psyche is trying to avoid.
