Thinking patterns
Thinking patterns are repetitive ways of interpreting yourself, other people, situations, and the future.
Definicja
Thinking patterns influence emotions, decisions, and behavior. They may take the form of catastrophizing, polarization, negative filtering, overgeneralization or limiting beliefs. Not every repetitive thought is a mistake, but every rigid pattern is worth checking against the facts and consequences.
