Mental toughness

Mental resilience is the ability to adapt to difficulties, stress and change without permanent loss of agency.

Definicja

Mental toughness does not mean invulnerability. It includes access to support, flexible coping strategies, a sense of purpose, a realistic assessment of the situation and a gradual return to action. It is a process that can be strengthened, but should not be used to require yourself to constantly endure overload.
