Well-being
Well-being is the state in which a person can cope with stress, develop capabilities, act meaningfully, and participate in relationships and communities.
Definition
Well-being involves more than the absence of disease or feeling temporarily well. It concerns functioning, sense of meaning, relationships, agency, regulation of emotions and the ability to participate in social life. It is variable and depends on individual, relational, social and environmental factors.

Practice and life
Once a week, assess five areas: sleep, body, relationships, meaning, agency. Choose one area for small improvement.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to equate well-being with constant joy. It is also a mistake to place all responsibility on the individual without taking into account social and environmental conditions.
