Observation without judgment
Observing without judgment is noticing experiences for what they are, without immediately labeling them as good, bad, or intolerable.
Definicja
This is an important element of mindfulness and emotion regulation. It does not mean a lack of values or moral indifference, but a brief pause in automatic judgment to better see the facts, emotions and bodily reactions. This makes it easier to choose an answer instead of acting on impulse.
