Concentration

Concentration is the ability to maintain attention on a selected task, stimulus or goal despite distractions.

Praktyka i życie

Work in blocks of 25-50 minutes on one task, turn off notifications and write down on a piece of paper anything that tries to distract you.

Częste błędne rozumienie

It is a mistake to treat concentration solely as willpower. It is often more effective to design the environment than to fight against distractions.
