Self-efficacy
Self-efficacy is the belief that you can organize and perform the actions needed to cope with a specific task or situation.
Definicja
Self-efficacy is not general optimism or empty self-confidence. It concerns a specific area of activity and grows through experience of performance, modeling, feedback and regulation of arousal. A person with higher self-efficacy is more likely to try, endure difficulties, and recover faster after a stumble.

Praktyka i życie
Choose one task and divide it into three difficulty levels. Start with a version you can realistically perform to build proof of effectiveness.
Częste błędne rozumienie
It is a mistake to confuse self-efficacy with certainty without competence. It is also a mistake to evaluate it globally instead of in a specific area.
