Rejection
Rejection is the experience of being excluded, unselected, or unaccepted by a person, group, or important social context.
Definition
Rejection can cause strong emotions because humans are social creatures and belonging has a regulatory meaning. It may concern relationships, work, groups or your own expectations of yourself. It is important to separate the fact of rejection from the generalization "I am not enough."

Practice and life
After experiencing rejection, write down three things: what actually happened, what I fear, and how I can take care of myself without humiliating myself.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to take one rejection as evidence of your own worthlessness. The second mistake is to immediately try to prove your worth to someone.
