Excess stimuli
Overstimulation is a condition in which the amount of information, sounds, tasks or signals exceeds the current ability to calmly process.
Definition
It occurs when the nervous system and attention are constantly bombarded with inputs from the environment. It may increase tension, irritability, distraction and a sense of chaos. It does not indicate weakness, but rather signals that the environment, pace or number of requirements exceeds current regulatory resources.

Practice and life
Choose one hour a day without new stimuli: silence notifications, close unnecessary tabs and leave only one task.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to treat overstimulation as a lack of character. The second mistake is adding more organizational tools instead of reducing the number of stimuli.
