Prioritization
Prioritization is choosing the order of activities based on importance, impact, urgency and available resources.
Definition
Prioritization helps protect your energy, time and attention from distraction. It's not about marking everything as important, but about consciously choosing what has the most impact or is most aligned with your goal. Good prioritization takes into account system constraints, latency costs, and dependency ordering.

Practice and life
List the tasks and rate each on a scale of 1-5 according to impact and urgency. Start with high impact, not the loudest stimulus.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to confuse urgency with importance. A common mistake is to prioritize other people's expectations without reference to your own goal.
