Mental condition
Mental health is the current level of emotional, cognitive and regulatory resources needed to function.
Definition
Mental health includes stress resistance, sleep quality, ability to concentrate, emotion regulation, sense of meaning and relationships. It is not a diagnosis, but a practical description of the functioning state. It may decrease with overload and increase with regeneration, support, activity and organizing responsibilities.

Practice and life
Once a week, rate your sleep, energy, tension, concentration and relationships on a scale of 1-10. Look for a trend, not a single result.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to evaluate mental condition morally. A decline in form does not necessarily mean weakness, but only information about the load.
