Cognitive silence

Cognitive silence is a state of limiting excess stimuli and internal noise, which facilitates attention, reflection and regeneration.

Definicja

This is a practical concept, not a formal diagnosis. It refers to intentionally creating conditions in which the mind does not have to constantly respond to notifications, conversations, information pressure and internal distractions. Cognitive silence can support concentration and emotional regulation, but it does not mean a blank mind - rather fewer competing signals.

Praktyka i życie

Set 15 minutes without screens, music and conversations. Only after this time write down what has become clearer.

Częste błędne rozumienie

It is a mistake to treat cognitive silence as a luxury that must be earned. A common mistake is confusing silence with isolation from people and responsibilities.
