Circadian rhythm

The circadian rhythm is an approximately 24-hour biological cycle that regulates, among others: sleep, wakefulness, body temperature, hormones and metabolism.

Definicja

The circadian rhythm is synchronized primarily by light, but is also influenced by the timing of sleep, meals, activity and exposure to screens. Arrhythmia can impair sleep, energy, concentration and mood. Regularity does not mean rigidity, but rather the creation of predictable signals for the body.
