Feedback
Feedback is information about an action, result or behavior that helps to correct further actions.
Definition
Good feedback is not just an assessment, but useful information: what works, what does not work, what is the impact of the action and what can be improved. It can come from people, data, results, or the environment itself. It has the greatest value when it is specific, applicable and given at the right time.

Practice and life
When you finish the task, ask: what was supposed to work, what actually worked, where the difference was and what one correction I will make next time.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to treat feedback as an attack on identity. It is also a mistake to give it in general terms, e.g. "bad" or "great", without providing specifics.
