Intervention
An intervention is an intentional action introduced to change the course of a situation, behavior or problem.
Definition
The intervention may be therapeutic, educational, organizational, crisis or practical. Its quality depends on accurate diagnosis of the problem, clear goal, appropriate method and subsequent impact assessment. A good intervention is not a sudden movement for the sake of action, but a response to a specific mechanism.

Practice and life
Before implementing the intervention, write down: what mechanism I want to change, with what action, for how long and how I will know if it works.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to intervene too quickly before you understand the problem. The second mistake is the lack of evaluation of the effect after implementation.
