Focusing
Focus is the ability to maintain attention on a selected object, task or goal despite competing stimuli.
Definition
Focus is not a fixed trait, but a state that depends on energy, sleep, emotions, environment, and task clarity. It requires selection: something stays in the center and something outside it. Therefore, the organization of the environment, single-tasking and a clear next step often support focus more than the pressure itself.

Practice and life
Before work, write down one sentence: "Now I only do...". Remove one major distraction and set a block of 25 minutes.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to expect focus in an environment full of interruptions. It is also a mistake to start work without a clear next step.
