Homeostasis
Homeostasis is the body's ability to maintain relative internal balance despite changes in the environment.
Definicja
Homeostasis is a dynamic regulatory process by which the body maintains conditions favorable to survival, such as temperature, glucose levels, and hydration. It does not mean staying the same without change, but constantly adapting the response. In psychology, this concept is sometimes used metaphorically to describe the need for balance and tension regulation.

Praktyka i życie
After a period of intense work, plan a conscious return to balance: sleep, eat, move and limit stimuli for a few hours.
Częste błędne rozumienie
It is a mistake to treat homeostasis as comfort without tension. Healthy regulation allows for variability and momentary deviations.
