Harmony

Harmony is a relative correspondence between needs, values, actions and recovery, not a state of constant peace.

Definition

In practical terms, harmony means a dynamic balance between different areas of life. It is not that everything is perfectly arranged, but that tensions do not destroy the whole system. A person can experience work, relationships, rest, growth and difficulties without feeling that one part of life completely consumes the others.

Practice and life

Once a week, assess four areas: body, relationships, work and meaning. Highlight one area that needs correction in a small, specific step.

Common misunderstanding

It is a mistake to treat harmony as a perfect balance every day. Real harmony is seasonal and changing.
