Course correction
Course correction is consciously changing the way you act based on feedback, data, and changing context.
Definition
Course correction allows you to maintain direction without rigidly sticking to the first version of the plan. It requires observing effects, recognizing warning signs and being willing to change methods. A well-conducted correction protects against cost escalation and the illusion of consistency.

Practice and life
Every week, do a quick review: what works, what doesn't work, what stays, what I change and what test I will do next week.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to treat every correction as evidence of weakness. The second mistake is constantly changing direction without data.
