Deep work is a longer period of concentration without distractions, intended for tasks requiring high cognitive effort.
Definicja
Deep work involves consciously limiting stimuli and entering intensive processing mode. It supports the creation, analysis, learning and solving of complex problems. It is not the same as being busy; its value depends on the quality of attention, clarity of purpose and protection against context switching.
