Stress
Stress is a mental and physiological reaction to demands, threats or overloads that the body assesses as important.
Definition
Stress can be motivating when it is short-lived and proportionate to the task, but chronic stress increases the cost to the body, emotions, sleep and concentration. It is important to distinguish a stressor from a stress reaction and check whether the body has the conditions to regenerate after stress.

Practice and life
For a week, write down your biggest stressor of the day, how your body reacts, and how you recover. Check if the voltage has closure.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to treat stress only as an enemy. It is also a mistake to normalize chronic overload.
