Risk factors
Risk factors are characteristics, conditions, or experiences that increase the likelihood of a problem, disease, crisis, or difficulty.
Definition
A risk factor is not a judgment or a simple cause. Indicates an increased likelihood, usually in combination with other factors. In mental health, risks may result from, among others: from isolation, violence, chronic stress, lack of access to help, health problems or psychoactive substances. A reliable risk analysis always takes into account protective factors.

Practice and life
If the situation is difficult, list three risk factors and next to each one one way to reduce exposure or increase protection.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to treat a risk factor as a certain diagnosis of the future. The second mistake is ignoring the risk because "somehow I always managed it."
