Panic

Panic is a sudden state of very intense fear or terror, often accompanied by intense physical symptoms.

Definicja

Panic may include a rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, tremors, dizziness, sweating, tightness in the chest and a feeling of loss of control. A single panic attack does not automatically mean a panic disorder, but recurrent episodes and avoidance of situations for fear of another attack should be consulted with a specialist. In development work, it is important to distinguish a real threat from the body's alarm reaction.
