Solution orientation
Solution orientation is a way of working that directs attention to possible steps, resources, and the desired state rather than solely to the analysis of the problem.
Definition
Solution orientation does not mean ignoring causes or pretending to be positive. It means moving from just describing difficulties to asking about exceptions, resources, small steps and criteria for improvement. It is especially useful when excessive analysis begins to block performance.

Practice and life
Ask the question: "How will I know when things have improved by 10%?" Then write down the first step that can approximate this.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to use solution orientation to avoid difficult facts. The second mistake is to look for a big solution instead of a small difference.
