Assumptions
Assumptions are accepted premises, often unstated, on which an interpretation, decision or plan is based.
Definicja
Assumptions organize thinking, but they can also distort judgment if left unchecked. They often sound like facts: "it won't work", "they will judge me", "I don't have time", "I have to do everything myself". When working with a problem, it is worth bringing assumptions to the surface and testing them with data.

Praktyka i życie
For a strong conclusion, add the sentence: "I assume that...". Then ask whether you have data to support it or just an interpretive habit.
Częste błędne rozumienie
It is a mistake to treat assumptions as facts. It is also a mistake to try to act without checking what the plan is all about.
