Individualization of the strategy
Individualizing a strategy means adapting the method of action to the person, goal, resources, constraints and context.
Definition
Not every effective method works the same for everyone. Differences in energy, environment, competencies, values and support mean that the strategy needs to be adapted. Individualization does not mean the absence of rules, but conscious selection of a tool to the specific mechanism and realities of the person.

Practice and life
Before choosing a method, write down: goal, constraints, resources, preferences and first test. After a week, assess what needs to be changed.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to copy someone else's strategy without taking into account the differences. The second mistake is to keep personalizing without implementing the basics.
