Conceptualization of the problem
Problem conceptualization is a way of describing, organizing, and understanding a problem before selecting a solution.
Definition
Conceptualizing a problem involves identifying symptoms, causes, context, stakeholders, constraints, and success criteria. It helps you move from general tension to a structure you can work with. The better the problem is formulated, the less risk there is of treating only the symptoms.

Practice and life
Describe the problem in one sentence, and then add: where it occurs, when it occurs, who it affects, what it costs and how I will know the improvement.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to jump to solutions before understanding the problem. Another mistake is to confuse the problem with the person involved.
