Determination
Determination is a permanent readiness to act in a chosen direction despite obstacles, fatigue and a temporary loss of motivation.
Definition
Determination combines purpose, meaning, perseverance, and the ability to regain direction after interruptions. It is not blindly pushing or ignoring costs. Healthy determination takes into account regeneration, strategy correction and real limitations, because willpower alone without a system quickly leads to overload.

Practice and life
Define your return threshold: if I stop working for a day, I do a minimal version the next day instead of starting from scratch.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to confuse determination with self-violence. A common mistake is to prove strength by ignoring fatigue and body signals.
