Communication via the phone number provided outside the designated availability hours is carried out exclusively in the form of text messages (supported channels: WhatsApp and standard SMS).
To hold a direct voice call outside phone availability hours, prior agreement of an appointment via text message (SMS/WhatsApp), email or the contact form is required.
Costs for data transmission, text messages and calls are charged according to the user's operator rates (international calls to Germany).

Recipients
Your data may be disclosed only to:
- Hosting provider — Hostinger International Ltd. — servers located in the EU, under a data processing agreement.
Data are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Storage periods
Form correspondence: up to 30 days after the last message.
Technical logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object, as set out in Arts. 15–21 GDPR.
Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR): You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For our establishment, the following authority is competent:

Automated decision-making
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Transfers outside the EEA
When browsing without playing embedded video, data are not transferred to Google LLC for YouTube in that context. After you actively start playback, data may be transferred to the USA; safeguards include standard contractual clauses.
When automatic translation is used, processed text may be sent to an external translation provider (e.g. Google), which may involve transfers outside the EEA under GDPR-compliant safeguards.
