Communication via the phone number provided outside the designated availability hours is carried out exclusively in the form of text messages (supported channels: WhatsApp and standard SMS).

Costs for data transmission, text messages and calls are charged according to the user's operator rates (international calls to Germany).

If you contact us, we process your data (name, email address, message content) solely to respond to your enquiry.

Server logs (technical data)
The server automatically records technical data (IP address, date, time, browser type) as necessary to ensure security and stability of the website.

In selected sections of the service (in particular the Encyclopedia), we may use automatic translation to render content in the language selected by the user. These translations are provided for convenience only and may contain errors.

Affiliate links
The site may contain affiliate links (e.g. to taniaksiazka.pl).
Following such a link does not change the price you pay; the operator may receive a commission that supports the service.

Embedded media and technical libraries
YouTube (outside the ENote archive page): Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and load only after you click “Play” (two-click solution). This involves transfer of your IP address to Google LLC (USA) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Transfers are safeguarded by EU Commission-approved standard contractual clauses (SCCs).

ENote archive — embedded video and autoplay
On the ENote archive URL path /tresci/enote/, the site displays embedded videos from YouTube (Google LLC) and, in exceptional cases, self-hosted video files served from this website’s hosting. Loading or playing YouTube materials establishes a technical connection to Google’s servers and may involve transfer of your IP address and browser-related technical data, as described in Google’s terms and privacy notice. Very old posts may in rare cases reference other providers; their policies apply in those situations.
You may consent to automatic playback in the on-page carousel (information banner). For guests, your choice is stored for the browser session; for logged-in users, it may be stored in your account settings after you confirm. If you decline or do not consent, playback requires a further action from you (for example, a click). Further details about processing on YouTube’s side:

3. Recipients
Technical data (logs) are processed by Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting provider, servers in the EU) under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data are not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area for ordinary browsing.
Data are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
4. Storage periods
Correspondence: up to 30 days after the last message.
Server logs: up to 90 days.
5. Your rights and supervisory authority
You have the right to:

- erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR),
