Implementation phase
The implementation phase is the stage of transferring the selected solution from the plan or test to regular operation.
Definition
Implementation requires not only decisions, but also resources, responsibility, schedule, communication and monitoring of effects. Many solutions fail not because they were bad, but because they were not designed to transition into everyday practice. Good implementation also includes post-launch review and adjustments.

Practice and life
During implementation, write down: who does what, by when, with what resource and by what signal we check whether it works.
Common misunderstanding
It is a mistake to assume that an approved plan will execute itself. Another error is the lack of an owner of the activity and the lack of a review date.
