Mental comfort

Psychological comfort is a subjective feeling of relative safety, peace and the ability to function without excessive tension.

Definition

Mental comfort helps you rest, regenerate and maintain stability. It does not mean the absence of difficult emotions, but a level of tension that does not overload the action. In development, it is important to distinguish between healthy comfort and avoiding the challenges that are needed for growth.
