Breathing order

You don't have to arrange everything in your head right away, you just need to arrange your breathing first.

When thoughts run too fast, the world becomes narrow, everything seems urgent, even things that could wait.

Breathing can remind you that you don't have to solve anything in a panic.

Tidy does not start with a to-do list, but a little earlier - with stopping your shoulders, relaxing your jaw and taking one calming breath.

The mind likes to pretend that everything depends on it, while the body carries many answers before words or thoughts appear.

When the body feels threatened, even simple things look like insurmountable mountains.

Breathing is very ordinary, so it is easy to ignore it.

It does not herald great discoveries and does not sound like a solution to a problem, but when we can tame it consciously, focus on it, it can change the moment, creating a small break between the stimulus and the reaction and giving us time.

In this break you can sometimes see more, not because the chaos suddenly disappears, but because one is no longer completely beguiled by this chaos.

Breathing is usually the first order, or rather the seed of order, even before a plan appears.

It is with the breath that we should start arranging, because this humble gesture can sustain life even when everything around it is on fire.

Can you still breathe consciously or do you do it completely automatically?
